1. Services Offered

1.1. Connect with David offers psychic readings, mediumship, spiritual guidance, tarot readings, community events, and other related services (hereafter referred to as “Services”).

1.2. The Services and any associated online content are intended for spiritual and entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as professional counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Client Responsibility

2.1. Clients and community members must be 18 years of age or older to receive Services or to participate in the Connect with David Community.

2.2. It is the client’s responsibility to seek appropriate professional advice for any legal, medical, financial, or other specific issues they may have.

2.3. Clients and members are responsible for their own actions and decisions made after receiving the Services or engaging with the community.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

3.1. All private sessions are confidential. Information shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

3.2. Personal data collected during booking, subscription, or through the community platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, stored securely, and used solely to provide the Services and manage community access.

3.3. Members must respect the privacy of others within the community and agree not to record, distribute, or disclose private or sensitive information shared by other members.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

4.1. One to one sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.

4.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the service cost.

4.3. Connect with David reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments or community events if necessary, with as much notice as possible provided to clients or members.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment for individual Services must be made in full before the session begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways listed on the website.

5.3. Refunds are not available once Services have been rendered, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Connect with David.

6. Subscription Membership

6.1. Access to the Connect with David Community (the “Community”) is available on a paid subscription basis.

6.2. Subscription fees and available plans are displayed clearly at the point of purchase and may vary based on membership tier or duration.

6.3. By subscribing, you authorise Connect with David (or its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled.

6.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date.

6.5. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellation of a subscription, except where required by UK consumer law.

6.6. Connect with David reserves the right to adjust subscription prices or membership offerings. Members will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price change, and continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6.7. In the event of payment failure or chargeback, access to the Community may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

7. Digital Content and Community Access

7.1. The Connect with David Community includes access to private discussion areas, digital content, workshops, recordings, and live sessions.

7.2. All content shared within the Community including recordings, posts, videos, and downloadable materials is for personal use only and remains the intellectual property of Connect with David.

7.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any content from the Community or Services without written permission.

7.4. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted access, Connect with David does not guarantee that the Community or its features will always be available and will not be liable for temporary disruptions.

8. Member Conduct

8.1. Members agree to engage respectfully and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.

8.2. The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:

• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Solicitation or spam
• Sharing of inappropriate, explicit, or offensive material
• Disclosure of others’ private information

8.3. Connect with David and appointed moderators reserve the right to remove content or terminate membership at their sole discretion for conduct deemed inconsistent with community values.

9. Disclaimers

9.1. The Services and Community content are provided for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only.

9.2. Connect with David is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or participation in the Community.

9.3. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding results, accuracy, or completeness of information provided through readings, workshops, or community interactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect with David shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the Services, membership, or digital content access.

10.2. The total liability of Connect with David under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client or member for Services or the current subscription period.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

11.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

12. Amendments

12.1. Connect with David reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

12.2. Clients and members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Community. Continued use of Services or membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking and receiving Services or subscribing to and participating in the Connect with David Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
